Flexible Printed Circuit Board
It is a flexible printed circuit board where Drive IC for display is mounted on a film using chip on film (COF) technology. It is applicable to high-resolution displays as it is possible to form a fine wiring pattern.
In addition, miniaturization of a board is possible by improving the level of integration of a circuit with the formation of circuits on both sides of the film.
